"First, I felt comfortable in the waiting are. It was clean, comfortable, warm. I don’t like ostentatious; I feel out of place. So this was truly a good sign I thought.The receptionist who checked me in was as sweet as can be; and patient as I fumbled around with my phone trying to sign up for rewards points.
Dr. Ashley ( I don’t know her last name) was bright eyed and intelligent. I am mostly deaf, painfully shy, and uncomfortable in the world. Dr. Ashley put me at ease right away. Her eye contact was great. Never once did she talk to me when her back was turned. I was able to read her lips and face easily. She is a kind person. I can tell these things. Unfortunatelyi most do not know ASL, and I struggle. I didn’t struggle here.I most definitely recommend GrernSpring. If one is going to willingly seek out the pain of a sharp needle applied to the face several times in a row, like myself, then here is definitely where to do it."

"I wasn’t a huge fan of my filler when I came a year ago to the rejuvenation location. So when I decided to come back to try lip filler I went to the grant location to try another provider. Unfortunately I was met by the same provider (Jan) that did me at the original location. I am left with lumpy lips.
**They had me back out to see Dr Cadoux. I am extremely happy with how he resolved the issue. He did some touch ups while I was there and I love it!"
